Atlantis Harmony 2023: Party Outfit Ideas

Reminders
Dressing up to the party themes is completely optional. Lots of people (including myself) regularly go to the themed parties in just a pair of gym shorts and running shoes. No one will blink half an eye.
Don’t bring anything that resembles a real weapon. One year someone brought a replica (and very real-looking) hand grenade and they did an emergency evacuation of the whole terminal on boarding day 🤦♂️ Instead, look for inflatable or kids versions of something. For example, instead of a real baseball bat, get an inflatable one.
Your cock and balls must be covered at all times. If you’re wearing just a jockstrap to the party, it’s fine to just have that on when you’re leaving your room and going to the party. However, don’t be surprised and be respectful if you are handed a towel to cover yourself up at cafes and restaurants.

Mother Earth
Atlantis description: Our planet needs some love and care, so tonight, we celebrate the beauty of the elements around us: Fire, Water, Earth, Sky. Be a literal element or a person that’s surrounded by one, or just come as an original citizen of the world! Let’s try to cool down Mother Earth with some creativity and craziness.
Theme in short: Fire, Water, Earth, Sky
Ideas
We had this exact same theme in 2020 and a lot of boys did leafy/nature inspired outfits, which for this cruise might be more suitable for the Into the Jungle party instead (below). I don’t know why we have two parties with such similar themes… 🤷🏻♂️
Leaves and/or flowers all over everything - pin them over your shorts, wear it across your chest like a sash, make a headpiece out of it
Temporary tattoos and body paint would be great for this party
An Elsa-esque outfit to represent (Frozen) water - light-blue leggings, matching accessories (tiara, bracelets, necklace, etc.), matching hair color spray
From an astrology angle, each zodiac sign belongs to one of the 4 elements, so your own zodiac sign can serve as inspiration
Into the Jungle
Atlantis description: We’re going deep tonight into uncharted territory, where things are as wild as it gets. In the only jungle at sea, you’ll find scantily clad native wannabees, dangerous animal prints, hunters without mobile services, and maybe some strangely moving foliage. Follow the beats to the dance floor and watch out for the occasional castaway cruise ship passenger.

Think Tarzan, George of the Jungle, Jumanji, Jurassic Park
Perfect party to break out the loincloths
Wild animals: tigers, monkeys, gorillas, zebras, frogs, apes. Dress up as one, or find outfit pieces with those animal prints
Temporary tattoos of animal prints
An explorer costume, complete with the hat and binoculars

Playground
Atlantis description: Fast, flashy, bright, and silly! We’re turning the Theater into a musical playground filled with bouncy sounds that are sure to bring a smile to your face. Neon, sparkles, and lights are the way to go tonight, and don’t take anything too seriously!
Theme in short: Toys, cartoons, video games with things that lights or glows
Key items: Anything that lights up or glows in the dark
Ideas
Think of your favorite toys, cartoons, video games, etc., and incorporate pieces of those into your outfit. For example, dress up as a character from Mario or Pokemon.
Add accessories that light up or glow in the dark: shoes, bracelets, necklaces, even a (small) parasol!
Paint accessories that don’t light up in glow in the dark paint
Glow in the dark body paint. Paint on in any sort of design or just splatter some on yourself
If you don’t have anything that glows or lights up, wear white, which will glow from the blacklights
White Dreams
Atlantis description: Let your imagination run wild at Atlantis’ pinnacle party. Celebrate the joys of harmony in our community by dressing up or down in one simple color that everyone looks good in. Be as creative as your dreams, as sexy as your desires, as irreverent as your laughs, or keep it simple with your favorite white shorts. All are welcome here at an epic party that takes you into dawn and beyond!
Theme in short: Wear all white. It’s very easy 🙂
Key items: Clothes should be all white. Accessories can be white, off-white, or silver (except shoes).
Avoid: Anything that’s not white (except shoes)
Ideas
Start with plain white bottoms (pants/pants/swimwear/underwear) and optionally a plain white shirt/tank top. If this is all you wear, you’ll fit right in - half the boys are gonna be wearing little more than white shorts or underwear 🤣
Beyond that, feel free to add accessories: hats, capes, parasols, balloons, crowns, literally anything goes, as long as it’s white, off-white, or silver
Bonus points for items that light up or are sparkly
If you can’t find a white/silver version of an accessory you want, spray paint it
White/silver hair spray, contact lenses, body paint, glitter, etc.
White shoes are nice but not mandatory
Dog Tag T-Dance
Atlantis description:The troops come home for Atlantis’ longest-running signature afternoon party. Show your creative strength at our first big outdoor party inspired by the joys of men in (small) uniforms. We’ll provide souvenir dog tags, you do the rest.
Theme in short: Military
Key items: Military outfit pieces (like camo), leather harness, or all-black
Ideas
Camouflage print clothing (camo) is the default go-to for this party, mainly camo underwear, swimwear, and tank tops
Try out different camo colors, like blue or pink, instead of the typical green
A good leather harness is always a hit at this party
An all-black outfit fits the theme too, especially paired with a harness
For something a bit different, take inspiration from military teams outside of the typical army. How about a Navy sailor or air force pilot outfit?
Also think of outfits from different countries and from different time periods. What would an outer space uniform from the future look like?
Sunglasses go with most outfits and are also functional as this will be an outdoor party in the afternoon
Over the Rainbow T-Dance
Atlantis description: This one isn’t just about Dorothy or a scary multicolor tube-top from Pride. But that’s a start. Show up as a singular color from your own personal rainbow, an Oz-like inspiration, or the worst combination of colors you can pull together. And if you’re just “over” the rainbow, come as you are and enjoy!
Theme in short: Colors
Key items: Colorful or The Wizard of Oz inspired pieces
Avoid: Black, gray, white pieces
Ideas
Rainbow or tie-dye pieces are the obvious go-tos
Pick a single color for all of your pieces. For example, orange shorts with matching orange tennis-style headband and wristbands.
A variation of the above are two complementary hues of the same color, such as light blue with dark blue. Many swimwear feature this type of color scheme.
Go for brightly colored hues or neon pieces that “pop”. I suspect neon pink will be a popular color.
Mix and match a few bright colors using accessories for a more interesting look. For example, cyan blue shorts with a pink bandana.
Beyond color coordination, take inspiration from The Wizard of Oz 😊
Classic Disco T-Dance
Atlantis description: Disco lives on as we take you back to the glory days of the 70s with an afternoon of pure musical magic on the dance floor. Artificial fabrics, excess facial hair, oversized shoes, and other obnoxious accessories welcome!

Ideas
This one is less open to interpretation compared to most of the other themes, as 70s disco is a pretty well established part of pop culture
A popular look for this party includes metallic shorts (gold, silver, and pink are popular colors), gold jewelry (often a novelty gold chain necklace), and gold-framed aviator sunglasses
Bell-bottom and wide-leg pants, crop tops, jumpsuits, short sequin dresses
What to wear for the un-themed parties?
Some of the parties (the ones not listed above) do not have an official theme, meaning there’s no dress code guidance. In those cases, you can just wear whatever is comfortable. Most boys will wear athletic shorts, swimwear, or a nice pair of underwear for these, and you can pair with any t-shirt or tank top if you’d like, though many will be shirtless.
